| PurposeStatement:職位描述：Thispositionisresponsiblefalllowvoltageelectricalequipmentmaintenancesparepartsmanagement.AndalsoDCScontrolsystemmanagement.自控和儀表工程師負(fù)責(zé)工廠內(nèi)所有低壓電器的維護(hù)管理，以及備件的管理，并且負(fù)責(zé)市場自控系統(tǒng)。KeyResponsibilities:主要職責(zé)：Preparemaintenancerepairwkingplan,minimizeopptunityofequipmentshutdown..編制維護(hù)和維修工作計劃；防止停機(jī)事故的發(fā)生Obligationscomingourquality,safetyenvironmentalsystems.其他與質(zhì)量，安全和環(huán)境系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的責(zé)任。Ensuresystemoperationsafety.保證系統(tǒng)和操作安全。Quickresponsetoautomationequipmentfailure,improveefficiencyofthesystem及時排除自動化設(shè)備方面的故障，改善系統(tǒng)效率。ImplementofBestOperationalPractices貫徹執(zhí)行良好作業(yè)規(guī)范Providetechnicalguidancetomaintenancepeoplesupervisemaintenancequality.為維修人員提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，控制維修質(zhì)量。Assistancetopreparepreventivemaintenanceplanequipmentoperationfile.協(xié)助制定設(shè)備預(yù)防性維修計劃，建立設(shè)備運(yùn)行檔案。Sparemanagement,repaircostcontrol.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)零備件管理，控制維修費(fèi)用。Inspectmakesuresafeoperationoftheequipment.檢查落實設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行。Developmentoftheskillsoftechnicianspersonnelofotherdepartments,getallnecessarycertificate培訓(xùn)所屬員工并取得相關(guān)上崗證書，并為其他部門提供相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。Documentingofdrawings,testreptsothermaintenancerelatedrepts.圖紙，測試報告和其他維修相關(guān)文件的存檔。ComplywithcompanyEHSrequirementscontinuouslyidentifyingareasfimprovement.遵守公司環(huán)境健康和安全要求，并不斷完善。Otherassignedtasks其它分配的工作。Requirements:崗位要求：Universitydegreeabove,suitableinstrumentautomationeducationtrainingbackground.大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，相應(yīng)的儀表及自動化教育和培訓(xùn)背景。Minimumofthreeyearsexperienceofautomationwkssupervisingtasks至少三年自控設(shè)備維修和管理工作經(jīng)歷GoodEnglishlanguageskillsinalcommunication,readingwriting有良好的英文口語，閱讀和寫作的能力。Goodmanagement,communicationcodinationskills良好的管理，溝通和協(xié)調(diào)技巧。Flexiblehardwkingacteristicsareessential具備靈活和勤奮工作的基本要求。AcceptableEnglishlanguage相應(yīng)的英語語言能力Goodcommunicationskillsgoodteamwkplayer.良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)對合作。Goodtimemanagement良好的時間管理技能。 |
